My approach is integrative and grounded in research, blending Gottman-informed strategies with EMDR for relational trauma and creative, experiential techniques from my background in psychotherapy. Whether you’re working through a period of disconnection, recovering from betrayal, or simply seeking to strengthen your partnership, I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where both partners can feel heard and supported. I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including Vanderbilt University Medical Center. I earned my MA in Counseling from Ursuline College and a BFA from The Ohio State University.
