As an OCD therapist, I use a combination of therapies to help each individual. I provide a healthy and uplifting environment to create growth and change. We are all human and need compassion from others and from ourselves. The best part of my job is seeing people overcome struggles and gain happiness. I specialize in substance use/addictions counseling, solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodrama therapy (which combines my two favorite things: theatre and psychology).
