"My journey in mental health began in 2022, fueled by a deep commitment to compassionate care and advocacy. I’ve worked across outpatient clinics, multi-level prisons, and therapeutic day schools supporting students with ASD and IDD, experiences that sharpened my resolve to challenge stigma and foster healing. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, anger, trauma, attachment concerns, gender dysphoria, and LGBTQIA2S-related issues. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, feminist theory, and mindfulness, tailoring each approach to the person in front of me. I’ve also facilitated groups using the Seeking Safety curriculum, and I continue deepening my skills through advanced trainings in grief, trauma, ADHD, and anxiety care. Above all, I strive to co-create a space where every client feels seen, respected, and empowered to build a life worth living."
