*Currently accepting new clients via teletherapy.* I am ready to help you! I have been a therapist for 10+ years, and my mission is to help you find balance in your life. I view therapy through a holistic standpoint, using both the mind and the body to help you achieve the wellness you deserve. I became a therapist because I wanted to help clients navigate the stresses of work and life and make meaningful changes that improve their mental well-being. At the first session, you can expect a non-judgmental and easy-going conversation to build a strong therapeutic alliance. I currently practice entirely via telehealth, giving us the flexibility to connect conveniently and safely. I received a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Hardin-Simmons University in Texas in 2010. I engage others by helping them feel comfortable while remaining solution-focused. I subscribe to a cognitive behavioral approach, which helps clients view life’s problems and solutions in a clearer, more positive light. I work with individuals ages 5-100, families, adolescents, couples for marriage or relationship counseling, premarital counseling, and parents seeking guidance in raising their children. Some areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, problem-solving, relationship issues, communication skills, anger management, coping skills, relaxation exercises, and panic attacks.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
