What should a new client know about working with you?

If anxiety, relationship stress, or life transitions are leaving you feeling stuck, therapy can help you regain clarity and confidence. My approach combines compassion with intention. I provide a steady, calming presence while also helping you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and productive. We will explore your experiences with curiosity, while also building concrete tools that help you feel more confident, regulated, and empowered in your daily life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, you can expect a calm and welcoming space. We’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, goals, and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life. Most importantly, you can expect a space where you don’t have to filter yourself.

Many clients use their health insurance to cover therapy sessions. I work with several insurance plans through Headway, which helps verify your benefits and handle billing directly with your insurance company. Before your first appointment, you’ll be able to see your estimated cost per session based on your plan. Any copay or deductible will be charged securely through the Headway platform after your session. If you have questions about coverage or costs, I’m happy to help guide you through the process.
