Together, we can design a personalized therapeutic plan that works best for you and take the steps to make it happen. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the State University of New York, Oswego. I've had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and concerns. I have experience with complex trauma histories, anxious and depressive symptoms, LGBTQ+ issues, ADHD and OCD diagnoses, interpersonal relationship issues, and identity development. My approach is trauma-informed and humanistic; I'm happy to get creative in helping you the best I can. The therapeutic alliance is one that can bring meaningful change into people's lives through trust, empathy, and healing. I will happily meet you where you're at to listen and understand as we move into our work. I know taking the first step can be difficult, but I can promise that you'll be happy you did. I'm now accepting clients via telehealth!
