Hello, I'm Cordett McCall. Seeking therapy can be the most rewarding decision you hesitated to make. I hold a Master's in Psychology from Troy University and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Qualified Supervisor, and Master Certified Addiction Specialist in Florida and Washington State. Over my 28 years in the mental health field, I've utilized a plethora of modalities, techniques, and interventions. I've worked in residential, outpatient, detox, mobile crisis, crisis stabilization units, schools, hospitals, community, and private office settings. I also serve as a clinical supervisor to other therapists in the behavioral health field. My extensive experience includes parent-child relationships, crisis stabilization, individual counseling, addictions, developmental disabilities, and relationship termination, to name a few. My approach is individualized based on the rapport built with each client. DBT, CBT, Solution Focused, S.M.A.R.T., Multicultural, and Empowerment Therapy are modalities I commonly utilize. I firmly believe every problem has a solution waiting to be discovered. My therapeutic perspective is simple: you're the expert. The therapeutic techniques I use will guide you in acquiring the skills you lack or overcoming the barriers that debilitate your growth.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
