Psychotherapist

I believe therapy should be a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and be fully yourself—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I provide individual therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, low self-esteem, and feeling disconnected from themselves. I have a special interest in working with women and moms, including those navigating pregnancy, postpartum challenges, motherhood, parenting stress, identity changes, and the transition into different stages of life. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I integrate somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients better understand their emotions, heal from difficult experiences, recognize patterns, strengthen self-compassion, and create meaningful change. I work with clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, disconnected, or unsure of what they need but know something needs to change. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing and work toward feeling more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create. I offer virtual and in-person therapy in the Plano, Texas and Dallas area.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in connection. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, curious, and fully yourself without judgment. I use a combination of somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring our work to your individual needs and goals. We may explore emotions, patterns, relationships, and how experiences show up in your body—not just talk about what’s happening, but work toward understanding and meaningful change. You don’t need to come to therapy knowing exactly what you need or have everything figured out. We’ll work together to understand what’s bringing you in and create a pace and approach that feels supportive and manageable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions are collaborative and conversational, and there isn’t a set agenda or script. We’ll typically start by checking in on how you’ve been doing and what feels most important to focus on that day. From there, we may explore thoughts, emotions, relationships, patterns, or how things are showing up in your body. Depending on what you need, I may incorporate somatic exercises, IFS-based reflection, or ACT strategies. Some sessions may involve processing something that happened recently, while others may focus on deeper patterns or building practical tools you can use between sessions.
