My approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based approaches, and trauma-informed care to help you recognize patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and build confidence in your ability to navigate challenges. In our work together, we'll identify what's getting in the way, explore what's already working, and develop realistic strategies that fit your life. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel understood, supported, and empowered to take an active role in your growth. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin wherever you are.
