I specialize in treating Depression, Anxiety, OCD, and LGBTQIA+ issues, using CBT and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients 18 and older. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore their
challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and build on their strengths, empowering them to achieve personal growth and emotional resilience.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My ideal client is someone motivated to change but seeking support and guidance to do so. They may
struggle with anxiety, depression, or identity-related issues and need encouragement, coping strategies,
and a space to be heard. Their goal is to build on their existing strengths, develop resilience, and create
meaningful, lasting change in their lives. They want to feel empowered and confident, knowing they have
the tools and support to navigate challenges and achieve personal growth.
