I worked as a nurse for ten years with populations experiencing high levels of trauma before transitioning to counseling. My nursing experience sparked my interest in mental health. Since completing my counseling degree, I have gained experience working with children, teens, and adults in inpatient, outpatient, and crisis settings. With degrees in nursing and counseling, I am passionate about helping people restore healthy brain-body connections. It is important not only to “think better” but also to “feel better.” Many experience feelings that overtake them or seem out of their control. I can help you identify and move through barriers to achieve a newfound sense of well-being. I want to work with those who are ready to push through to a new place—a place where you can feel more like the person you want to be. I will work alongside you to help you move into the life you are hoping for, and together we can find ways to unlock a more hopeful and fulfilling future.
