Healing often involves laughter, and I trust we will build ease and levity together. My approach is flexible, and I’m dedicated to shifting it based on your evolving priorities and goals. Growth takes time; I’m here to help you find ways to cope while you heal and uncover the light within. I wholeheartedly welcome and celebrate LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC folks and am deeply committed to social justice, equity, and anti-racism. Sliding scale fees or discounted services are prioritized for marginalized communities. As my practice grows, I look forward to offering more accessible services and flexible pricing. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Portland State University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support diverse clients. WHO I WORK WITH My experience is diverse (read more below), which is how I enjoy keeping my caseload. My primary specialties are mood disorders like depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, trauma, and navigating life stressors and changes. I have also worked with and welcome individuals with psychosis, substance abuse challenges, relationship struggles, personality disorders, grief, caregiving/parenting support, and exploring identity. I am working to credential with several insurance companies. I can currently accept Oregon Health Plan. I offer private pay, the ability to provide superbills and option to pursue a Single Case Agreement (SCA- your insurance approves me to provide services to you specifically). For private or insurance-based clients, if you are unable to attend or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged a fee of $80. My private rates: Individual Counseling: initial session $220, ongoing sessions $180, resource gathering & letter writing $50 every 15 minutes spent Gender Affirming Treatment Support Letters: sliding scale, $50-150
