I work with individuals, couples, and groups. I guide people through life transitions, family and relationship wounds, challenges with communication, mood, stress, chronic pain, sleep and energy flow, as well as grief and loss, soul evolution and spirituality, and healing from sexual, developmental, and intergenerational traumas. I meet each individual with a collaborative spirit, looking to speak deeply with one’s unique signature of intelligence.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Trauma healing is my specialty: sexual, childhood, developmental, and intergenerational trauma. I also work with communication and relationship difficulty, mood, stress, chronic pain, sleep, and energy flow; with grief and loss; with major life transitions; and with soul-purpose, spiritual practice, and the search for meaning, including religious and spiritual trauma and the recovery of a spiritual life on your own terms. I am passionate about helping heal one's relationship with the masculine, for all of us. I meet each person with a collaborative spirit, listening for the unique signature of intelligence in each of us to guide the way along your healing path.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is somatic and body-centered. Our work may draw on somatic movement therapy, Laban Movement Analysis, Gestalt therapy, Somatic Experiencing and Hakomi-informed practice, trauma-sensitive yoga and yoga therapy, mindfulness and MBSR, dance and improvisational movement, herbalism, and nature-based practice, alongside talk therapy. I will be here for you as a stable, gentle, patient, embodied, and empathic presence. I will help create trust in yourself and provide tools along the way for whatever is personally needed to emerge inside of you: to regain your balance, to reclaim your authorship, to let go of what needs to be let go, to move toward the life you are being called to.
