Getting to know Corinne Hardisty

I utilize talk therapy to help you learn tailored therapy tools to get you through even your most challenging times. My approach integrates support, warmth, sometimes tough feedback, and ideally some humor. I want good changes for you. If you are ready to get to work, I'm ready to help.
What should a new client know about working with you?
As a therapist I care deeply about your growth. I am on your side but I will also strive to help see ways where changes are possible and the steps you can take to move forward in your life.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
A typical session is a 50 minute hour. Initially I'm gathering information and we are making therapy goals together. Then we work how to achieve those goals both during sessions and outside of therapy.
