What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in helping individuals cope with the profound emotional and psychological impact that these experiences bring. My therapeutic approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I tailor sessions to each individual’s needs to meet you where you are and work toward your unique goals. No matter the challenge you're facing, my goal is to provide you with the tools and support needed to regain a sense of control and in turn, hope for the future.
