I specialize in Trauma, Body Image and Anxiety. Through the use of EMDR & nervous system strategies, I help women rewire their brain, change stuck patterns and meet their goals. I strive to provide a safe, inclusive & nonjudgemental space to address your symptoms, build practical skills and empower you to be your most authentic self.
