What is your typical process for working with clients?

Treatment modality is individual. I use person centered therapy and evidenced based techniques. It is a safe environment where you are the author of your story. By active listening, being empathetic and nonjudgmental, together, we will develop a plan that will help you build your inner strength and learn coping skills to deal with struggles you are experiencing. The goal is for you to learn to be happy and live a healthy lifestyle. You are worth it.
