I have been in sessions with Courtney for a little over a year now, and I’ve had nothing but a great experience! I had counselors in the past that just didn’t work out for me so I was hesitant to start up again but i got so lucky in finding Courtney! She allows a safe space for me to be completely honest about my situations and how I’m feeling. She gives me great ways to analyze my emotions and situations and create healthy ways of thinking and practices I can use every day! I can say I have improved so much due to our sessions and practices I apply from them. Courtney is very personable and will help you achieve your mental health goals!
