I am easy going psychotherapist that extends an non-judgement space to explore ways to resolve one's core issues. I have more than 14+ years of clinical experience of working directly with adults and adolescents. I enjoy helping those as a passion and I am willing to offer additional help through this platform.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I manage to build a therapeutic rapport to help the client understand their values by providing a person centered approach. Additionally, I offer other modalities that includes cognitive behavioral therapy and reality therapy approach.
