I possess approximately seven years of experience in the mental health field and am currently residing in Central Pennsylvania. My professional journey has encompassed a variety of mental health roles, ranging from case management to professional counseling, across diverse settings. I have had the privilege of working with a broad spectrum of age groups, from early childhood to late adulthood. What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our initial session, I anticipate discussing the rationale for pursuing counseling, gathering relevant background information, defining therapeutic objectives, and addressing any inquiries clients may have. Additionally, the key focus will be on establishing a foundational rapport. You know you better than anyone ever could. With that in mind, I am not here to be the subject-matter expert, but a partner in a joint venture to helping you solve this giant puzzle called Life.
