I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Montclair State University and my Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University. I love being that person who listens without judgment and helps guide others through life’s challenges! In therapy, my focus is on creating a genuine connection. I believe that when someone feels truly heard and understood, they can tap into their vulnerability and make real progress. I approach each session with empathy, using a warm and conversational style that helps clients feel comfortable while still focusing on their goals. In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and ensuring we're comfortable working together. I like to keep things light and use humor to help ease any tension, making therapy a safe, relaxed space for growth and healing. I encourage clients to keep an open mind when starting therapy, as the process often unfolds in ways we don’t initially expect. The more open you are, the more you’ll benefit from the experience.

Sessions are booked on either a weekly or biweekly basis.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you work through challenges and reach your goals. Together, we'll focus on understanding your thoughts, managing emotions, and finding practical solutions. My approach is supportive and collaborative, with the goal of helping you make positive changes that last.
