Getting to know Cosima Robinson

Hi there! I started my calling to the counseling profession after receiving my Master's in Counseling from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, along with my Professional Counseling license. I have worked with individuals and families from various ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds, often using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps clients understand the thoughts and feelings that influence behavior, and how to identify and change disturbing thought patterns that negatively influence behavior. Thoughts, feelings, and behaviors work together! I love working to support my clients through various experiences such as addiction, stress, depression, and anxiety.
