I offer in-person therapy in Anaheim, CA, and Telehealth across California and Texas. I know that reaching out for help and finding a therapist can feel challenging, and I strive to make the process as welcoming and supportive as possible. What should a new client know about working with you?

I value the opportunity to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they create solutions, discover resilience, and cultivate authentic relationships. I’m especially passionate about working with couples, using Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to repair trust, strengthen attachment, and foster deeper connection. I have experience supporting clients with depression, anxiety, relational distress, trauma, grief, substance use and recovery, and difficult life transitions. My goal is simple: to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel seen and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.
