Mental, Spiritual, Emotional and Physical Health is important for us all. I know that every person is unique and their needs are varying. It is my hope to serve as many people from all different paths of life. With this in mind, I offer a pleathorea of services including individual therapy, couples therapy, play therapy, group therapy, consultations, christian counseling, cognitve therapy, trauma therapy, trainings, seminars, and anger management. Some of my specialties include: childhood trauma, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Work Stress, Anger Management, Grief/loss.
