Others may see that you showed up, but not what it cost you. If that resonates, I may be the therapist for you. I believe some of the deepest wounds are invisible. Whether you’re living with chronic pain, recovering from trauma, working as a first responder, supporting a loved one, or carrying the weight of caregiving, it can be exhausting to feel misunderstood. My goal is to offer a space where you don’t have to prove your experiences to be taken seriously. I strive to see the whole person, not just the symptoms, and to honor the unique challenges, strengths, and resilience each client brings to therapy. I work with adults navigating trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions, with a special interest in supporting first responders, healthcare professionals, and caregivers. Therapy should be a place where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal at your own pace, with practical tools, greater confidence, and self-compassion.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our initial session will be via a Telehealth platform and it will consist of getting to know each other with questions from an intake. I try to make this processes as painless as possible, you’re holding enough.
