Hi there! Starting therapy or any new journey of our lives can be difficult, so we are here to support you during this therapeutic process. Whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, family, marital, relationship, sexuality, or employment stressors, we have the tools and are passionate about working with you. My name is Courtney Howell, I am a LGBTQ+ affirmative, body positive, and non-traditional relationship affirming therapist. I try to help teens, adults, and couples find a place where they are accepted and comfortable. I provide online telehealth sessions ONLY at this time.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who utilizes techniques from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), etc. with adolescents and adults experiencing difficulty in their daily lives.
