Welcome! I strive to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. I have several years of experience working with adolescents and adults facing substance use and mental health concerns. My clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and women’s issues. I’m passionate about helping clients build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward healing and personal growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and gentle challenge. I believe the relationship built between therapist and client is one of the most important tools in the healing process. I strive to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered, while also encouraging growth, insight, and meaningful change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. I take time to understand you as a whole person while creating a safe and comfortable environment where you can ask questions openly. Together, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and discuss how I can best support you in reaching your goals.
