I use an eclectic approach to help treat each individuals unique needs. We will create a treatment plan the utilizes the foundation of the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) modality to be a source of continued growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I strive to help each client gain healthy coping skills that help with the process of regulating emotions, being able to deal with daily life stressors, and learning to be aware of the physical symptoms that come along with emotional distress. My mission is to help each of my clients realize their potential and have a good quality of life.
