You are the only one who has walked in your shoes, and you are the only one who is still walking in them. That is to be honored.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I want to take a moment to celebrate you for taking the first steps on your therapy journey. Whether this is your 1st time or 100th time, we can celebrate that you are showing up for yourself.
