UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. In my practice, I work with a variety of issues and focus on each client's individual needs. My clients gain an understanding of their symptoms through psycho-education provided in sessions, with treatment based on cognitive behavioral interventions. I want you to see the change you so desire, so we will set goals together. I believe accountability toward those goals is an important part of the therapeutic relationship. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling and Guidance from Texas A&M University - Kingsville, which has equipped me with the skills to support you effectively on your journey.
