All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. In my practice, I work with a variety of issues and focus on each client's individual needs. My clients gain an understanding of their symptoms through psycho-education provided in sessions, with treatment based on cognitive behavioral interventions. I want you to see the change you so desire, so we will set goals together. I believe accountability toward those goals is an important part of the therapeutic relationship. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling and Guidance from Texas A&M University - Kingsville, which has equipped me with the skills to support you effectively on your journey.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
