By using a holistic approach to therapy, I view you as a whole person on the path toward healing through a compassionate, collaborative, respectful, and non-judgmental lens. You can learn that success is possible! I primarily offer integrative therapies, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Play Therapy (including Sandplay Therapy), expressive arts, somatic (mind/body), ecotherapy/nature-based therapy, equine-assisted psychotherapy (horses as co-facilitators), mindfulness (being in the present), and relational therapy (improving relationship functioning). I specialize in working with clients ages 6 to 85 who would like to live a life free of pain and struggle. Within us all lies a brightness that can transcend even the darkest hours, and it is this light that illuminates the path toward healing. Healing comes from addressing the whole person: spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
