Hello! My name is Courtney. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. I have been working with adults and adolescents with mental health disorders and disabilities since 2008. I initially started my career in Recreational Therapy and later pursued further education in the counseling field. My work experiences include both inpatient and outpatient mental health services. I believe everyone has a story to tell that makes them unique. I also believe in the power of listening and being empathetic without judgment! We all have a journey, and therapy is one of those holistic experiences that can heal. In my free time, I enjoy music and spending time (as much as possible) with my dog and family!
