What should a new client know about working with you?

Courtney Pfohlman is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Parts and Memory therapy which can be used in a collaborative process to help you reach your goals. This therapy is used with clients who have a history of substance abuse, sexual/intimacy issues, anxiety, and feelings of loss or grief. Specialized Trauma therapy are provided directly by Courtney Pfohlman, CPC-S, PC at the standard fee. Affordable sliding-scale options for general mental health support are available through our supervised student clinician slot. Please indicate if you are seeking sliding-scale accommodations.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our process begins with a comprehensive intake session to explore your history, current challenges, and goals so we can build a personalized care plan together. To get started, you will complete your intake paperwork and profile online prior to our meeting, allowing us to spend our full session focusing on your needs and co-creating your treatment plan.
