If you find yourself overthinking relationships, questioning your needs, or repeating the same painful dynamics, therapy can help you understand why. I work with adults and couples navigating relationship anxiety, attachment wounds, and patterns that make connection feel confusing or overwhelming. Many of my clients struggle with self-doubt in relationships or feel stuck in cycles they don’t fully understand. My goal is to support you in finding growth and healing through personalized, client-centered therapy. Whether through learning new tools, or offering an empathetic ear, my goal is to provide a safe space to dive into what may be uncomfortable - in both individual and couples work. I work with adults and couples in-person at my office in Ferndale, or virtually with folks from across Michigan.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is grounded in trust and collaboration, honoring your lived experiences and inner wisdom. I meet each client with curiosity, empathy, and a flexible, personalized approach. Some sessions may focus on building new skills and practical tools. Others may center on simply being heard in a space that welcomes all of who you are. There's no one-size-fits-all in therapy - we shape it together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In individual therapy, we'll explore how your past has shaped your present - your patterns, your self-talk, your relationships. We'll work toward greater awareness and self-compassion so you can respond to life with more intention and ease. For new clients, we generally meet once per week. In couples therapy, we'll hold space for both challenge and connection. Relationships are powerful mirrors - sites of deep healing, but also of old wounds and unspoken needs. I help couples develop better communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. Every relationship is different, and every session is an opportunity for new insight.
