Psychotherapist
FL
I know what it‚ is like to feel trapped by emotional pain. After losing my mom in 2005 I embarked on a journey through grief that made me the person I am today. The grief will stay with me forever, but I now have life lessons that I‚ have learned because of it. I‚ have been a licensed mental health counselor for more than 15 years, and I, have spent my career helping my clients work through grief, cope with postpartum depression and anxiety, and find coping skills that work to decrease stress and anxiety. You don't have to feel this way anymore. I can help when you feel like you are drowning in pain, and together we will navigate the journey to happiness. I look forward to helping you heal! I believe we can all learn from our struggles, and that we can become amazing people by surviving the pain that often feels unmanageable. No one is immune from pain, including me. I struggled with anxiety from an early age, and never understood what it was or how to cope with it until I became a therapist. Going through my own grief was the catalyst for me to embrace life and live each moment as if it were my last, and I also survived postpartum depression and anxiety after both of my daughters were born. All of this was hard, but I made it, and I believe that you can too. If you want to learn more about how I can help you, reach out and let's start your journey to healing.
