Getting to know Courtney Trejo

The provider is supervised by Clarissa Salinas. Welcome! I'm Courtney, and you can find more about my relational approach on Instagram at claritybycourtney.tx. You don't have to hold it all together to start therapy. When emotions feel overwhelming, anxiety takes over, or life starts to feel heavier than it should, having a safe place to slow down can make all the difference. I work with children, teens, and adults (5-35) who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Many clients come in feeling capable on the outside but exhausted, stuck, or unsure on the inside. Sessions are always tailored to meet each client where they are. With younger children, therapy often looks creative and play-based. As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) Trainee, I am completing advanced training in play therapy an evidence-based approach that allows children to express thoughts and emotions through play when words are hard to find. Play becomes a natural way to build emotional regulation, safety, and confidence. With teens and adults, sessions offer a grounded, reflective space focused on emotional awareness, regulation, and self-trust. Caregivers are supported throughout the process as well, with practical guidance offered to help growth continue beyond the session. Above all, therapy is meant to feel human, judgment-free, and safe. Big feelings are welcome here. Clarity and connection can grow from exactly where you are.
