I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, and more. My approach I take the approach of using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Strengths-Based approach. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and decide together the most effective ways for you to make progress. During our sessions, you'll learn how to explore your thoughts, feelings, and leave feeling empowered to make changes towards the lifestyle you want. My focus My area of expertise is assisting others with feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck, problems within relationships and family dynamics, grief and loss, life transitions, and more. I have experience providing therapeutic services across the lifespan including teens, young adults, adults, and seniors. My communication style I provide a safe space where you will feel heard and validated. My journey to mental healthcare I knew from an early age that I had always wanted to help people. After college, I decided to pursue my MSW and during graduate school fell in love with the idea that I could serve others to help them feel empowered about their lives. Since graduate school, every job I have had has always had a therapy component and it is always the most rewarding part of my day. I love knowing together my clients and I are a team and the work we do gives them the skill sets to pursue the life they want.
