What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience with diverse populations across a variety of settings. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed. We'll work toward building insight, strengthening coping strategies, and create meaningful change.
