I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a graduate of Fairfield University. I work with teens, young adults, and older adults on concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and stress. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring what they're going through and building insight into their experiences. In my work, I use a collaborative approach and often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I focus on helping clients develop practical coping skills they can use in their daily lives and supporting them as they work through change and build more balance and confidence.
