I am passionate about working with trauma survivors, depression, anxiety and a host of other relational issues. I utilize EMDR, ART, and RTM to help clients resolve these issues.

What should a new client know about working with you?

"Trauma is not what happens to us, but what we hold inside in the absence of an empathetic witness." - Peter A. Levine. It is my firm belief that everyone needs a safe place to explore, grow & heal in the presence of another and I consider it an honor to provide such a space day after day to my clients. Trauma recovery is my specialty and use EMDR or A.R.T to facilitate recovery. Many clients may not remember certain times in their lives but believe something may have happened. This is called dissociative trauma.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You're welcome to schedule an initial 10-15 minute consultation with our staff. From there, we normally schedule your first intake session which is 50 minutes.
