Hi I'm Dr. Cristina Dominguez and I have helped high achievers and people pleasers overcome burnout, perfectionism, and performance pressure since 2012. Specializing in sport and performance psychology, I guide you toward relief from anxiety and unrealistic expectations, so you can finally enjoy more fulfilling, joyful lives. I attained my doctorate degree at the Florida School for Professional Psychology in Tampa after which I moved to Pennsylvania for an internship at a D1 school for specialized training in sport and peak performance. After graduating in 2016 I moved to NYC where I joined a group practice and specialized in Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 2019 I opened my own virtual private practice Elite Mindset Sports Psychology and have been happily helping people become the best versions of themselves ever since.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services.
