Hello, I’m Cristina, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience helping teens and adults navigate life’s complexities with clarity and compassion. I work with adolescents, young professionals, and adults exploring identity, life transitions, family dynamics, narcissistic abuse, women’s issues, and LGBTQ+ concerns. I’m especially passionate about inner child healing and supporting you in reclaiming your sense of self. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your inner voice. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and gently work toward healing and growth. I bring over 10 years of clinical experience and draw from Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic theory, Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. My work is grounded in curiosity, care, and respect for your lived experience.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but utilize a range of therapeutic interventions that include, but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. My overall goal is to work with clients collaboratively, helping to build upon a renewed sense of trust, as well as your own personal resiliency to reach your identified goals within the therapeutic process. I hope to assist in bringing compassion, respect, acceptance, insight, freedom, and healing wherever you are on your journey.
