Welcome to Crystal Sky Counseling and Consulting, PLLC, where you can become the reflection of your inner peace. There are endless possibilities when we embrace the unknown. Facing struggles can be scary for anyone-children, teens, and adults alike. I'm Crystal D. Anderson, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I am here to help you navigate the unknown, face those struggles in a supportive environment, and find relief from the symptoms that make you feel cloudy. I specialize in working with the birthing community, adults, and teens. I support those experiencing postpartum symptoms, pregnancy or baby loss, family planning challenges, menstrual mood disorders, anxiety, and depression. I am trained in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders across diverse backgrounds and use approaches that are effective for mood changes, anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, and OCD symptoms. Together, we can help you begin to feel better, regain control of your life and decisions, and heal from the hurt and pain of the past.
