Crystal Clark, LMHC, LPC is here for people of all backgrounds. I understand how hard the process of finding the right person to confide in may be. My goal is to make you feel comfortable with where you are at in life and working together to achieve personal goals. Therapy works best in an environment of openness and trust. Therefore, finding the right therapist to confide is important and I welcome any questions that will make this process comfortable. I have worked with a variety of populations and settings. I have worked in the community, homeless shelters, corrections, substance abuse treatment facilities and now private practice. My treatment approach is eclectic including Cognitive Behavioral and mindfulness techniques. I work with long-term clients who seek ongoing therapy and short-term clients who prefer a solution focus approach. My goal is to be genuine, caring and motivating with everyone. Allowing autonomy and assisting with positive growth and changes.
