Hello! Congratulations on taking a big step and deciding on online therapy. I'm sure inviting someone into your personal space can be scary and sometimes intimidating but you did it! I'm Crystal Davis and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I've been in the mental health field since 2010. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Motivational Interviewing; and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I work a lot with those that have depression and anxiety.
