Knowing these trials, my goal as a counselor is to walk with you through your process of internal healing and restoration. This means that counseling involves understanding the root of your problem, focusing on your abilities, and strengthening your body and mind to providing long term solutions towards a new direction of greater success in life. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I hold a Master of Science degree in Counseling. I am a few months away from earning my Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as pursuing certification in solution-focused brief therapy. I offer experience on how to deal with trauma as well as coping with anxiety, depression, stress, emotion regulation, adjustment issues and planning goals for the future. Additionally, I work with individuals and families facing marriage and family concerns.
