I have a passion for working with adults 18 and over in developing skills to effectively manage a variety of mental health issues, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients. I understand from personal experience many of the challenges that come with these issues and strongly believe in the balance of mind, body, and spirit. My clinical approach uses a variety of therapeutic techniques to help clients gain deeper insight into their own beliefs, thoughts, values, strengths, challenges, self-worth, and goals. I will walk with you along your journey and creatively help you invest in your own mental well-being while learning new skills to enter a more hopeful and empowered life.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
