Getting to know Crystal Johnson

My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, work through difficult experiences, and develop healthier patterns that support lasting change. I work with individuals navigating ADHD, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, and women’s issues. I also help clients explore how early attachment wounds, past experiences, and unrecognized mental health concerns may affect their beliefs, behaviors, and relationships in adulthood. My approach is collaborative and individualized, focusing on each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. I integrate psychodynamic interventions with approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS). I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel safe exploring their experiences, deepening self-awareness, and building a path toward healing and emotional well-being.
