For more than 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families across psychiatric, public, and private settings. I specialize in helping adults and teens navigate grief, life transitions, generational trauma, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I work with couples and families - particularly those who struggle with creating space for common ground and deeper connection.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with thoughtful teens, adults, and couples who are moving through life transitions and seeking steadiness, clarity, and connection. Many of my clients are balancing multiple roles — caring for aging parents, raising children, navigating relationship shifts, or adjusting to loss. Others are teens or young adults trying to understand themselves in the midst of identity changes and emotional overwhelm. Change can surface anxiety, grief, relational tension, and long-standing patterns that feel hard to shift alone. Together, we create a space that is both safe and active. I’m an engaged therapist who collaborates with you — using reflection, mindfulness, and practical tools to help you move forward with intention rather than reaction.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

For couples, our work may focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and finding common ground during difficult seasons. For teens and adults, we explore how past experiences shape present behaviors and how to respond differently moving forward.
