Crystal is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a true “Rogerian” at heart. She earned her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of St. Francis. With 14 years of experience, Crystal has worked with children, adolescents, and adults facing depression, anxiety, life stressors, and grief. Her true passion lies in helping individuals dealing with trauma-related issues. She is trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), through which she supports those impacted by trauma in finding lasting healing. Crystal is also trained in Perinatal Mood Anxiety Disorder, further enhancing her ability to provide compassionate care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Crystal meets the Client where they are. Crystal is compassionate and understanding when it comes to someone who is seeking help. She knows it takes a lot for a person to acknowledge that they are hurting and needing help. Crystal will walk with you on your journey of healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Crystal uses a variety of techniques based on the Client's needs such as using cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, trauma work, etc. Crystal allows the Client to express their concerns, and helps guides the Client to where they need to go to receive their healing.
